How to troubleshoot printing

To help you avoid these problems while printing, this article will mention some cases the most common problems and how to overcome it. Hopefully after reading this article, you will use the printer, one of the indispensable tools in daily work in the office more efficient.
Problem printer

1. Nothing appears when you try to print

Unable to print everything is the most common problem, but a fix is simple: You must check the plug of the printer is plugged into an electric current, the printer must be turned on and connected to the computer (!)

2. The margin and the line breaks on your pages are inappropriate

Your margins are too broad or you print on paper sizes do not match (very popular if you receive documents from another person). In this case, select File / Page Setup, click the Paper tab in the Page Setup and then look under the Paper Size to know what kind of paper to use for printing documents. If you see Paper Size item is "210x297mm A4" it will be size paper foreign. Click Cancel in the Page Setup and take steps to resolve this problem:
  • Choose Tools / Options to open the Options
  • Select the Print tab
  • Select the box Allow A4 / Letter Paper Resizing if it is not already selected and click OK
  • Print your document

3. You encounter problems with printing a long document that you've divided into sections

The printing of the document has been organized into separate sections is trouble. Especially each part that has separate numbering scheme of it (such as, the pages in the first section of the document - part catalog - not numbered). Knowing which pages you are viewing and which pages to print is difficult. Status bar tells you that you are on page 8 but headline on page 8 shows that you are on page 5 (page 5 in part two). Therefore, if a document is organized into sections with different numbered pages, you must print one by part.

I will stop the article here, but that's not all. Still more interesting part later invite you to wait reading in the following article. I'll try to send to you the interesting things that I know about best photo printers. Thank for your reading.
